Hello! I’m Aruni, a PhD student in Computational Biology. I am interested in mathematical modeling and evolutionary theory, and want to understand how interactions between components across levels of biological organization give rise to evolutionary dynamics. In my free time, I enjoy geocaching, bouldering, and looking after my axolotl & salamander.

• May 2024–May 2026: Aruni worked in the lab as an undergraduate researcher supported by the BURE (Cornell Bowers CIS Undergraduate Research Experience) program.
